About Angel City Brewery

In a city known more for its glitz than its grit, Angel City Brewery is proud to rough things up a bit and work beneath the shiny surface. Our home in the Los Angeles Arts District is both brewery and canvas, the center of a revival for the city's artists, musicians, hustlers, and craftspeople. It's an LA that's as ambitious as it is diverse & and our beer is no exception.

I'll be there for you... We were on a break!!! Could I BE wearing any more clothes? Oh... my... God! He's a... transponster! The line is a dot to you! Dear God, this parachute is a knapsack! He's her lobster! I could have a cat. Smelly cat smeeeeelllyyyy cat what are they feeding you?

What a day for F•R•I•E•N•D•S trivia it was! The sun was out, the crowd was ready, the beer was cold, the questions were breezy... some, anyway. We led our teams into a false sense of security with some wedding dresses, and slowly started to separate the casual viewers from the truly obsessed once we started matching numbers. Do YOU remember how many times Ross claimed he and Rachel slept together?

We had teams show up with eyepatches just like when Monica got ice in her eye, we had teams show up with script "Girls" shirts just like multiple characters donned throughout the show, we had teams with all different types of Friends-themed t-shirts. But our spirit winners' (7... 7... 7-7-7-7-7-7-7!) shirts had speech bubbles with individualized quotes customized just for the event! So much Friends love in the room everywhere you looked.

The competition was stiff, with several teams neck and neck throughout most of the game but in the end we crowned our clear winner! Congratulations to "The Bedtime Penguin Pals" for besting everyone else in the room! Shout out to everyone who joined us, big shout out to Angel City for hosting us, and here's to next time!
