QUIZ RECAP

Another big, BIG night at Barney's Westwood, where UCLA reigns supreme, the Bruins were out in force, and the new sound system was a welcome addition.

If you're a King Trivia fan looking for a high-energy blast of true competitive spirit, this is the place for you (If you can find a seat)!

The lead changed hands several times throughout the quiz, with We Put the Laughter in Manslaughter jumping out to an early lead, only to be overcome by Trivia Newton John and Too Many Cooks.

Usain in the Membrane rounded out our trio of winners, but honorable mention and a great big shout out to STELLA!!, who came in just three points out of the running - an oh-so-close 4th place finish, which is pretty damn good with more than 30 teams going at it.

And lest we forget, a big web-based high-five to The Humble Potatoes, who did not successfully identify all 10 of the former SNL cast members who are tops at the box office, but nonetheless boldly included John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt in their Round 7 list!

QUIZ RECAP

A major disappointment for King Trivia fans last night, when a major sound system malfunction prevented us from conducting our weekly quiz contest at Barney's.

But fear not, denizens of KT Quiz Nation! We'll be back next Wednesday with fresh questions, fresh handouts and an array of celebrative tunes, and we'll present the quiz with a megaphone if we have to! (Let's hope it won't come to THAT!)
