QUIZ RECAP

Once again it was an epic battle at Chapter One: The Modern Local in santa ana last night, as King Trivia took over and doled out some serious questions for our players. In the end only one could reign supreme, and it was team Double Bubble! with a whopping 75 points! They went home with the 1st place prize and the bragging rights for this week. If you were unable to attend not to worry, King Trivia will be back next Thursday at 8pm at Chapter One. Bring your thinking caps and beer helmets! Happy New Year! Chapter One started the year right with a fun game of King Trivia. 5 teams competed to see who would go home as the champs AND the $30 Chapter One gift card!

"Paisley" was in the lead by the end of Round 1. But by the end of Round 2, "Paisley" was tied for third place with BOTH "20 Years of Love" AND "P-Two." "Team Luna" was in second while "Tortas" was in the lead by just one point. Round 3 proved to be kind of difficult for all our King Trivia teams with "Team Luna" gaining the most points that round kicking them up to the lead. But "Tortas" was behind by only a single point. "20 Years of Love" did win the Dickel Shots Drinking Round with their beautiful napkin hat. Make sure to check out the beautiful hats in the picture section of this recap! Our "Guess Who" Round stumped a few teams with "Tortas," "20 Years of Love," and "P-Two" unable to guess the right answer causing them each to get a big ole "0" for Round 4. "Team Luna" guessed incorrectly causing them to lose a point. This created a two way tie for the lead between them and "Tortas." At the end of Round 5, "Paisley" and "Team Luna" were TIED in the lead! All that changed by the end of Round 6 when "Tortas" came out on top with 19 points. But "Team Luna" wasn't too far behind with 18 points. And "Paisley" wasn't too far behind THEM with 17 points.". By the end of Round 6, our Handout Round, "Tortas" was in the lead by just one point ahead of "Team Luna" who was just one point ahead of "Paisley."
The game ended with "Paisley" earning the most points out of all the teams in Round 7. "Paisley" went home King Trivia champ and the $30 gift card at the first game of the new year at Chapter One. BUT there was a tie for SECOND place and the $15 Chapter One gift card. It was between "Tortas" and "Team Luna." This lead to the tie breaking question which "Tortas" won grabbing the coveted second place spot and the $15 Chapter One gift card!

QUIZ RECAP

Once again it was an epic night for King Trivia at Chapter 1 Modern local... It was a very close game, however only one can come out on top. Many came with their beer helmets, others came with their thinking caps.... In the end it was the B0ozy K"s who came out on top with a staggering 89 points. Branson was on the floor keeping everyone fed and hydrated.... Josh, Jesus, and Daniel were pouring behind the bar! If you didn't make it this week, not to worry.... King Trivia will be back next week, Chapter 1, at 8 PM.
