QUIZ RECAP

We had a rambunctious crowd tonight! Three separate teams started out strong, doubling down on General Knowledge, but only one of them remembered to put their team number.

Today's Visual Round proved difficult since some of the sports aren't popular American sports. Our Find the Connection round was a fun one, as teams slowly realized the bizarre connection between a Grande from Starbucks and the Florida Keys.

I wanted to give our players a challenge, so for today's drinking round, I asked them to name as many African countries as possible. I was impressed by our only 2-person team of the evening Genetics, who managed to name 36 countries. I also felt festive and generous, so The Whiskey Wizards won some extra points for drawing me the best pole dancing Santa Claus.

Major props to our first place winner The Whiskey Wizards and our second place winner Awesome Sauced. Hope everyone has a fun and safe New Year's!

Wednesday!!!! Christmas is Coming! Kevin Mcallister is back in a google commerical!!!!

We had a fun night of trivia at the oaks this evening. The questions were tough, the drinks were strong, and the ugly sweaters were out. (That may just be my opinion)

Double downs were few and far between tonight a Tournament of Champions looms it's crowned head. Christmas has a lot of weird books!

The drinking round was new and interesting (I promise next show I will do an easy high or low) The teams had to draw a diagram of how they (as kevin mcallister) would stop thieves from breaking into their home on christmas. Needless to say, dildo's became a central point for a few teams and the one which added curdled milk to the mix won the round! (and made me sick to my stomach)

Congrats to Jazz Hands on another win and Awesome Sauced for the second place grab! Proud of you guys and a few teams from the oaks are on their way to the Tournament! If you're close to the top 100 keep playing on Wednesdays and Sundays!

• WOOOOOO!!!!! Wednesday is always a good time especially with all the teams vying for the top spots as Tournament of Champions looms overhead. General Knowledge was pretty damn general for our teams many doubling down and jumping into an early lead. Livejournal was so long ago that it fell out of many's memories. Metal Jacket was a tough round for many as well as Michael Cera. Ryan Reynolds and Michael Cera have many similarities but damn that jaw line. Justin Timberlake had a great time being our round five and Cars were not everyone's forte but hey, least they had ten justin timberlake songs to sing at Karaoke! Great job to The Big Fact Hunt on their banner 1st place win tonight! Keep playing to get into the top 100 for the tournament!
