QUIZ RECAP

Nice Wednesday at the Oaks Tavern! Teams were cool, calm, and collected and ready for a great night of trivia! We all learned what a Hurdy Gurdy was much to the chagrin of all the teams, however a quick compilation of puppy videos eased the pain of that loss. Hermione Granger was the talk of the town with the "Quizzarding World of Harry Potter" coming up this weeekend which made for easy work for most of the teams. Drinking Round came right from the weekly sheets with a ten minute origami challenge. Neeedless to say, we all could use an extra five minutes when it comes to origami..... Anywho! Amazing job by Cody Bellinger's Butt with a come from behind double down (that sounds terrible) that brought them to the front of the pack before the final sneaking by Jazz Hands and claiming a first place win! Congrats to everyone and we will see you next week!

Tonight's particularly spooky trivia night was a graveyard smash!

All the teams came from their humble abodes to get a jolt of trivia while horror films played on all the screens.

Every single team doubled down with the adorable picture round featuring costumed dogs. Big Fact Hunt had a ruff round by being the only team to not get them all right.

Severed Jazz Hands guessed John Carpenter on the eight-point clue giving them a scary good lead going into the later part of the evening.

The drinking round was a costume contest and boy was it hard. There were so many great costumes but in the end, the audience chose Big Fact Hunt's Wonder Woman costume as the night's winner!

By the end of the evening, Severed Jazz Hands was the final girl of the evening and won the night. But if we've learned anything those that lost are not gone yet! They'll be back!
