It was a small but dedicated crowd here on Labor Day! All teams did a splendid job, with gift cards going to Trivial Pursuers and The Cy-Oats, and a round of free drinks going to The Bad Boys for winning our drinking round of Guesspionage.

It was a jam packed night of trivia with some amazing teams at The Federal. Val and The Boys won themselves a round of free drinks after an incredible run of tails in our drinking round of heads or tails. In one of the closest games I have ever hosted, 9 teams were within 10 points of taking home our grand prize at the end of the night. In the end Just a Poorly Drawn Eggplant Emoji took home the gold with 54 points...just one point ahead of Trivial Purse-Users with 53 points...who were just one point ahead of Spotted Richards with 52 points...who had the same amount of points as The Sultry 'Stache of Alex Trebek...who had just TWO MORE POINTS THAN-ok I'm going to stop myself there.

Beautiful night at The Federal, with an impressive performance by The Oxymorons, who not only hit a double or nothing to jump in to the lead at the last second, but they also were the only team in our drinking round to correctly guess the original working title of The Emperors New Groove.
