QUIZ RECAP

Ten teams began the night, it ended with eight teams and one hedgehog.

Shenanigans dominated from the start, starting off with two doubles; the Quizzards also successfully matched them, trailing by one after three rounds. Round Four was the killer though, only three teams identified the Seattle landmark for six points, everyone else caught the needle and zeroed out, most impatiently guessing at the ten and eight point levels. The dominant choice by most teams on the first two clues was the Gateway Arch. Nope! Should have waited for more information.

Shenanigans got the top basic question score on every question, but failed to double on Rounds six and seven allowing a couple of other teams to narrow the gap when they did double. But Feet Are Important scored 27 on the last two rounds, allowing them to nip the Quizzards by one point.

The last question was more difficult than it looked. Shenanigans got all eight states, did not double.. The only other team to identify the correct eight states was Barrow, Parker, and Associates, who did double and just edged out Big Booty Schmoes for fourth.

The Quizmaster's Prize for Style Points goes to Leo's Ladies who thought the talking fish was "Big Ass Bass".

Y'all there was a hedgehog in the Trivia houusee!! Snoopy the hedgehog is officially our new Lion n Crown mascot!! Tonight was also Taylor Swift album release night....thank you to our amazing teams for indulging me as I geeked out, and to everyone for celebrating my birthday with me!! Ive said it before and i'll say it again...we have the best teams at the Lion n Crown!!
