Many people have many a choice on Sunday nights. Tuck in early and get some rest for a long week ahead. Curl up with a good book and enjoy the May Grey before it turns into the Sweltering Summer. Watch Game of Thrones so you can peruse social media easily without fear of having an entire episode spoiled for you. Or go to trivia and renounce all of the above.
For those of you who chose that trivia option, we salute you. Why sleep or read or get angry about the way Jon treats his oh-so loyal-front-lines-of-the-battlefield dire wolf that he's raised since he was a mere pup when you can win gift cards just for knowing random facts?
There's no need to sit in front of your TV and watch warring factions vie for an Iron Throne when you can become one of many teams competing to wear the crown of King Trivia on a weekly basis. This week, Beyonce assumed the role of Dany Targaryen - marching upon Barney's and torching all in their way as they successfully launched double after double on their unsuspecting foes. Full Loftus assumed the role of Cersei this week (although we're pretty sure the siblings on this team are not a couple... right?) enduring shame, shame, shame on several failed doubles that left them precariously close to not placing at all. And Jon and Katie rightfully took on the role of Jon Snow as they essentially knew nothing for the first part of the game but then died and came back to life (thank the Red Woman - or in this case, the Redheaded Bartender) as a brand new team, ready for war.
