Some new teams joined the gang for Trivia Night at Barney's Beanery in Santa Monica on Sunday. Welcome to the party new peeps! It was a fun, yet challenging game, for all, with the top teams being within only a few points of one another the entire time. Ultimately, Hold The Applause edged out Benjamin Quizraeli to take the top spot, with Nickleback To the Future coming in 3rd with just one point behind the 2nd place team. All teams were feeling the heat during Trivia Night at Barney's Beanery in Santa Monica on Sunday — both the literal heat wave and the heat of the competition! Everyone made a solid effort during all rounds of the evening, with the top teams neck-and-neck until Round 7, when each team either reached the Twin Peaks by naming all 10 David Lynch films, or found themselves on a Lost Highway. Ultimately, Nickleback To The Future edged out the other regular teams to take first! Thanks for braving the heat on Sunday and coming out to Trivia Night at Barney's Beanery, instead of just sitting in your apartment in front of the A/C all night.

Everyone was ready to rock for Trivia Night at Barney's Beanery SM on Sunday! All six teams were pretty close during most of the rounds, but things didn't get exciting until the end, when Nakatomi 9/11 doubled on the Presidential Round #6 and went on to take 2nd place, while We Missed The Bus ended up in 1st! Highlight of the night was the "Independence Day" themed Music Round, and probably the moment when I mispronounced "American Pharaoh," which was pretty embarrassing for one of us (your host). Thanks for coming out and celebrating the 4th of July with an awesome night of trivia at Barney's Beanery in Santa Monica!
