Tonight was a lot of fun. Full house, some new teams, and round 6 was dope! A guest also said "Best round 6 ever." It was a match the solo artist to their former music group. Played some Billy Idol and a Morrissey cover of the Pretenders, who were also on the list. And some Sugarcubes. There was a lot of back and forth on scores, but it was Da Bears who came in third, with PhilosoRaptors having the lead for part of the game but taking second, and props to Pasadena Peeps, the only group to know that a string quartet consists of a cello, viola, violin, and... ANOTHER VIOLIN.

Back to our usual sized groups after the holidays, yay! Welcome back to Da Bears, who, after a short sabbatical, came to conquer and so they did, with an impressive 79 points. Pasadena Peeps once again flexed their trivia muscles with a comeback, after unsuccessfully doubling in round one, made an impressive second place, with Purple Monkey Dishwasher rounding up the placers with third (thanks for the Alf sticker- Alf's back, in sticker form!- he's now on my tip jar). Also, welcome back to Second Cousins after a few weeks absence, hoping to see Brady soon- get well, dude! Special mention to Never Not Late, winner of the drinking round, getting all 7 US states/territories that don't observe daylight savings time (we should perchance all follow suit?).

It was newcomers I'm Bawbwa Wawa, This is 20/20 who took third place tonight, with drinking round winners, Purple Monkey Dishwasher taking second, and Pasadena Peeps with a huge comeback and winning the night.
