Well it turns out that you all love to drink and drive....thru. You all crushed our handout round with 4 perfect scores! No wonder you came out to enjoy some delicious tacos from La Patrona! Movies, not so much. That final round crushed a lot of souls. Congrats to Multiple Scorgasms on solving the mystery of the hidden link.

I enjoyed the challenging questions presented during the "turn the tables" round. I will now always remember that Homer Simpson and Thomas Edison both invented 5-legged stools!

For next week you should simply ask me, "Do you wanna build a snowman?" For no reason in particular. I just like to be asked is all.

Congrats to our winners for the evening. See you all again next week!

Another great night at Pour Tap House ended in tears of joy for several teams as The Whistleblowers doubled up Round 7 for a stunning come-from-behind victory, snatching victory from the jaws of defeat. Team Etc Etc left the door open after a perfect Round 5 (the only team to find the connection), but cost themselves the win by not doubling up. Better luck next week!

Thanks to the teams who "turned the tables" on me, and apologies for stealing your beers and giving them to more worthy teams. Oh, Darling! is one of three Beatles songs to feature an exclamation point and as an avid Harry Potter fan, I'd be remiss if I didn't know that Xenophilious Lovegood was Luna's eccentric father.

Tacos from La Baja were delicious as always. See you next week at 7pm. For next week, the super secret password is, "It's hard to hold a candle in the cold November Rain"

So, the "final" trailer just dropped for the upcoming Star Wars movie and I have to admit that I'm excited and intrigued. Looks like a lot of good stuff going on with a deeper dive into the lore along with some epic battles. I enjoyed The Last Jedi very much (except for the Canto Bight trash), but the rest was great. The only concern with The Rise of Skywalker is these space horses. WTF??? I mean, I've heard of "space cowboys", but seeing horses running on the deck of a Star Destroyer seems fundamentally wrong.

We had some great performances today, including Names are for Tombstones achieving a double-double (two doubled perfect rounds in one game). They also earned some bonus beers with their stumper of a question on our Turn the Tables Bonus, "What shrub has white flowers and black berries?" Sounds delicious. Congrats to our Old Married Couple on a great final round!

So, for next week, earn a free beer by being the first to tell me, "Everything is Going Exactly as I Have Foreseen," or don't. I'm cool with your life choices.
