HRL jumped out to an early lead, but found themselves battling for a top spot. The Goldfish powered their way up the ranks while Mathilda took a successful double in round 2 carried by strong showings in the rounds after to stay in the mix. Even Group Blind Date, who didn't start out strong, made strong showings in the last three rounds to catch up when HRL failed a double in round 6.

A lot of new players came to join in the fun tonight. Round 1 turned out to be tougher than I expected for the teams. Round 2 was almost as hard. Things started to pick up in round 5, though, and doubles were coming fast and furious. The Guess Who round put Group Blind Date behind, but a series of doubles had them once again edging out HRL.
This was week 3 of the latest 6-week in-house tournament. Stay tuned for week 4!

Week 2 of Five Threads' 6-week in-house tournament and the competition was fierce!
HRL jumped out to an early lead as usual, but soon found themselves in the middle of the pack as half the teams doubled in rounds 2 & 3. The Guess Who round really shook things up as 5 teams guessed correctly at the 10-point clue with 3 more getting the right answer at 8 points. Group Blind Date and the Fab Five doubled in round 5 to pace HRL, putting the winners all within just a couple of points of each other!
