A very conservative 1st half with no doubles attempted was met with a chance taking 2nd half in a very exciting game tonight!
Super Harvard were towards the front of the pack all game & were tied for 1st for 2 rounds brought about by getting the only perfect score in round 4. Sadly their biggest downfall would be in the last 2 rounds were just scoring 1 more point would've forced a tie. They finish in 3rd, taking the bronze!
The Number of Homeless Dudes Sean Has Blown Is had an excellent 1st half & started the 2nd half even more excellently with a successful double. They would end up taking 2nd by the skin of their teeth, taking the silver!
Fear of Flying had a decent 1st half, coming in at 3rd in the 4th round, but it would be their nearly perfect 2nd half that would define their game. They only missed 1 question & got 2 doubles in a row in that half & would end the game far into the lead. They take the gold & are the champions of the night!

This game might've taken the record for the most failed doubles with 9 of them! So many shake-ups & teams biting the dust (round 5 being that moment for most of the teams)! It made for an insane game & a champion emerged with a rather impressive lead!
The Number of Homeless Dudes Sean Has Blown Is... played it safe this game with no doubles attempted, & this worked very much in their favor as they powered though the tricky rounds that baited so many other teams into failed doubles. They finish with a lower score on the spectrum of top 3 finishes, but it is enough especially in a game as wild as this. They end up in 3rd, taking the bronze!
2 Broke Betas had a performance tonight that was a perfect representation of this game as their score was especially volatile. Things seemed dire in round 3 as they found themselves tied for last with a horrendous score of 7, but round 4 would prove to be the moment they ignited getting a perfect score followed by a successful double in round 5. This catapulted them in 2nd where they remained with a couple of great scores in rounds 6 & 7, taking the silver!
Bruce Jennertalia started the game with a double & never lost the lead again. They put in another successful double for good measure in round 5, building a tremendous lead! They finish the game with the always hilarious score of 69, taking the gold, & becoming the champions of the night!

The game started out aggressively with 11 doubles (6 of those being in in round 3 alone!), things would even out though with a humbling round 6 & 7.
The Number of Homeless Dudes That Sean Has Blown Is... started the game out with 2 successful doubles in a row! They had a great rest of the game as well until an abysmal round 7 lead to them losing 2nd & falling into 3rd, taking the bronze!
HavingABlastCrisis had an extra aggressive game plan as they attempted 5 doubles. 2 of these doubles failed, but they still ended up in the positives with 3 of them being successful including an all too important double in the last round which had them snatch 2nd & take the silver!
Bruce Jennertalia had the kind of exceptional game we expect from them with 3 successful doubles in a row to start the game & another double for good measure in round 6 where they blasted even further into the lead. That lead would prove too great & they remain there, taking the gold & becoming the champions of the night!
