The Pub at Golden Road is a full-service, family-friendly environment located just a stone’s throw from Griffith Park in Atwater Village. Open 7 days a week, The Pub offers ample indoor and outdoor seating, over a dozen Golden Road beers on tap, and games for the young (and young at heart).

While it is certainly true that every night is a good night at Golden Road Brewery, last night's quiz had an added dollop of awesome when the stars of A&E's hit reality series Born This Way came in to partake of the trivia and camaraderie. A film crew was there to catch all the action, and we can hardly wait to see the episode that comes out of it all. Hope you guys had as good a time as we did.
KellyAnne Conway's favorite team, Spies Like Microwaves, took the night's top spot with a strong performance and a finishing score of 78! Well done, guys!
Long Live Johnny Trinh and The Bad Explainers finished strong in 2nd and 3rd with good scores of 68 and 65, respectively. Fourth place went to the best team name ever: Fans of Tim. MAN, that's a great team name!!
At the other end of the spectrum is the unfortunately named The Team Currently in 1st Place, a prediction that did not come true! (The delightful duo that comprises TTCI1P are pictured in photo #1 above.) Aren't they cute!? You betcha they are! (Perhaps you kids should rethink your team name. We suggest The Little Engine That Couldn't!)

We had a very colorful evening of pub food, tough quiz questions, and team costumes (even an Inside Out team that stayed in character the whole night). You can check out the costumes and smiling competitors in the gallery up above.
Even with the tricky rounds and small technicalities, your teams kept it competitive. While some people knew every Pixar short film by name, other teams were able to catch up by navigating the infamous connection round and remembering minor villains from all of your favorite movies.
In the end, it was a close, 11 point game with The Foot Is Down, The Foot Is Down coming out on top and walking away with the $417 prize.
A special "Thank you!" to Golden Road for giving all of our Pixar fans a chance to compete and find out who actually saw The Good Dinosaur last year.
