QUIZ RECAP

Wednesday is hump day, and Wednesday night at Pickwick's Pub for King Trivia is the top of that hump! I mean it doesn't get much closer to the top, unless you win King Trivia, or else you start heading back down the hump when you find out you lost...

Well this Wednesday night we had some winners and some, ahem... not winners.

Coming in Second Place were No Outside Food Or Drink, a team of just 4 and scored 67 points! Way to go!

They battled well against the Mighty Mighty Puffins, whom, as always, brought the whole team out to dominate the rest. They scored 71 points to take the first place prize!

Oh! And that wasn't all! You thought they were done? They ALSO won the drinking round where they successfully identified 20 of 28 different bands all played in a 5:00 mashup song! It was #RiDonkeyKong!!

Why would you want to miss it? Come on out next Wednesday night for more King Trivia at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills!

As you can tell from the pictures above, Wednesday night was quite the artsy one at Pickwick's Pub in Woodland Hills for King Trivia.

For the drinking round, teams had to draw a logo for their team. Best logo wins a round of shots. Well, Fun With Flags, not only drew the best team logo, but also made it into a flag. It was so beautiful! All the teams did great!

Coming in Second Place was Mighty Mighty Puffins with a still impressive score of 76 points. You know it's rough when you score that many points and it's only good enough for 2nd.

In first place with a whopping 83 points and 4 successful double downs, were the Fire Breathing Llamas! Round of applause for that hot hot score!

QUIZ RECAP

Another Wednesday night at Pickwick's Pub for King Trivia has come and gone. Another fun night was had by all.

For the drinking round, teams had to name a major league baseball team and a romantic comedy. If a player couldn't name both in 5 seconds, he or she was buzzed out and had to sit down. The last man standing would be the winner,  and that last man was Alt + S or Be Sent, who was playing by himself all night long! Way to go sir!

In third place for the night were the Renaissance Women who scored 55 points. They started off the game taking the lead in the second round, but were overtaken in round 6 by two other teams.

One of those teams was The Tinmens, who scored 61 points and took second place.  They were tied for first place after round 6, but scored 1 less on the final round and wound up in second.

The Mighty Mighty Puffins were that other team.  They scored 8 points on the final round edging out The Tinmens by one point for a final score of 62 points and the first place prize!
