QUIZ RECAP

Another Wednesday night King Trivia at Pickwick's Pub has came and went.  40 bright smiling trivia players fought to win 3 prizes and a round of shots.  They literally flight each other in a battle royale! It got bloody! Just kidding,  it wasn't THAT exciting,  but nonetheless,  better than a hump day at your parent's house watching reruns!

For the drinking round, teams went one on one in a foosball tournament to win a round of shots. After several rounds of furious foosball fancy footwork,  team Happy St. Patrick Shwayze took the W and the shots!

Not only did they win the drinking round,  but Happy St.  Patrick Shwayze also came in first place with 54 points to take home a $30 gift certificate back to the bar.  In second place was Mighty Mighty Puffins, who never are far off from the lead with 44 points.  Coming in 3rd was Elizabeth Taylor Soldier Spy,  who also had one of the best team names of the night,  had 43 points.

QUIZ RECAP

T'was a slow night at Pickwick' s Pub on Wednesday night for King Trivia,  but what we lacked in players, we made up for in fun!

Of course the big winners of the night were the Mighty Mighty Puffins who won first place with 67 points,  but also won the drinking round after correctly identifying 12 songs and artists.

Coming in second were the Douchebags with 57 points, and in third was Steve's Patty Melt with 55 points which is pretty amazing for a sandwich!

QUIZ RECAP

A slow night Wednesday night at Pickwicks Pub for King Trivia, but the game went on nonetheless. The game ended with a tie breaker between The Three Amigos and The Mighty Mighty Puffins. While usually the Mighty Mighty puffins would come out in first place at the end of the game, they ended up falling short of the the third place prize after the tiebreaker question. However, they wouldn't go home empty as they won a round of shots for being the last team to survive a rock paper scissors tournament. The Three Amigos took the prize and 3rd place. In second was Elbow Deep, and in 1st place were The Peeps. All in all, a pretty solid night! See you next week!
