Oh yes! The Irish were jigging, the Quizards were spellbinding blanching and the Moustaches were in the house with TWO teams.
With the Tournament of Champions, right around the corner - where the best of the best King Trivia quizinators gather to put their intellectual acumen to the ultimate test - we wind up another year of memorable trivia quiz competitions.

Baby, it may be cold outside, but things were hot, hot, HOT inside The Famous on Brand in Glendale this week, where a lucky collection of 13 teams engaged in a rousing and raucous session of King Trivia.
Oh yes! The Divas were dancing, the Blanches were blanching and the Jeopardy crew were drinking - as is their wont - on their way to another first place finish.
"We rule! We rule the world!" declared Jeopardy member Doug upon hearing their winning final score. But not so fast, Doug! If you really wanna rule the trivia world, you must compete and succeed at the Tournament of Champions, where the best of the best gather to put their intellectual acumen to the ultimate test.
The ten-thousand dollar (that's right! I said $10,000!!) TOC will be held on January 25th, and tickets are on sale now. Doug will be there, certainly. You can be, too! Spectators are welcome. Especially if you heckle Doug and his teammates Matty, Mike, Rory and Stephanie.
Trust me on this: they'd heckle you, if they could. Oh yeah. They're hecklers of the most heckling sort. So have at it! Give 'em heck! See ya next week.

We had a boisterous, raucous, full throttle session of trivia quizmania this week at The Famous on Brand in Glendale. When the dust settled, two tenacious teams were tied for the top spot, with Because Jeopardy Won't Let Us Drink edging out The Fanny Packs in the tiebreaker.
But WAIT! There's MORE!! The Barristers, feat. Michael! finished in a dead heat for third place with the energized Electric Moustache, who were definitely plugged in with a high-voltage effort. But alas, The Barristers blew their fuse with a winning tiebreaker effort, leaving the Moustache crew to wonder what might have been had Michael not contributed to the Barrister's winning ways.
But WAIT! There's MORE!
As faithful readers well know, this quizmaster likes to give a shout-out to those clever quizinators who opt for a timely, of-the-moment, zeitgeist-capturing team name, And we had us a doozie last night, which is why I bow down in appreciation to Literally Just Perineum Sunning for their pithy rearguard moniker.
I'm sure Josh Brolin would agree that this was a top-drawer -- okay, let's make that a bottom-drawer -- but nonetheless excellent choice for an unexpectedly delightful team name. And really, there are no ifs, ands, or butts about it.
